Esther Rachael brings a wealth of creative sales principals to NnJ. As an entreprenuer in a mission to help everyone find their home in an affordable price. You will definitely get a „Wow“ because we are not just another home leasing service…We go way beyond the status quo, we´ve created a space where you´ll experience an emotional connection, atmosphere that everyone would dream of living in!
With previous background as Project Secretary by M-Konsult engineering & consulting Co. Then Finance Assistance by International Federaton of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in Tanzania, a humanitarian and non-government organization helping Rwanda, Burundi and Congo refugees operation back in 1994 tribunal war and spent five working years. I reside in Germany and worked at Karstadt Quelle AG. Main focus, sales and merchandizing. I then, joined Tommy Hilfiger an American designer team, later with PECUNIA Consulting and real estate GmbH. Prior to Tommy Hilfiger currently by PVH Holding GmBH & Co. For Tommy Hilfiger & Calvin Klein.
Outside of my professional life I love arts. I also enjoy spending time with my son Bruno-Ernesto, my husband Rudolf, travelling around europe especially Spain and Italy. I am also an avid fitness and jogging enthusiast. A native kiswahili speaker also fluent in english and germany.

My Statement
I treat every client as if they´re my best friend. Renting a home is a personal experience, and getting to know my clients in this way helps me understand their needs. Each tenant is individual and every unit too, matching the two it is all about.
It also makes me happy to hear people perceiving our brand as honest, serious and service minded no matter how challenges occurs.
We work in concert as a team, and individually to archieve the best for preparing your home as warm and welcoming!

Mariam Naomi Mhina

With patience, reliable, experienced and commitment to my guests. I Mariam Mhina enjoys utilizing the skills from my years in hotel business and investing that experience on behalf of my clients at NnJ. My uncanny ability for customer service, and my creative eye provide with an innate sense for seeing the true potential in an interior space and enabling to produce innovative ideas for staging a property or seeing its possibilities.
After 40+ years of hotel and tourism industry experience, from early 70´s formerly known as Tanzania Tourist Corporation today TTB, working from different hotels sharing my know how and skills. I served several hotels including Kilimanjaro today´s known as Hyatt, New Africa, Kunduchi beach and later on to Mikumi wildlife lodge.
Prior to this, end of 90’s I joined private hotel Sea Cliff in Dar es Salaam. I was asked then to join vocational education training center school of hotel management Dar es Salaam in 2009 to 2018.
I love flowers, during my free days I take time to redesign the garden. A firm believer in volunteering, I am working tireless in the church community together with other members which have same interest during the week. It feels good, brings joy and fun!

My Statement
Quality counts – I´d never call myself a retired woman! I still enjoy working and will continue with all of my heart and spirit until my energy and healthy can´t support anymore.
I like to get to know my clients on a more personal level and treat them as trusted friends. I never think this what I do as sales or job – I think of it as valued service.

Born  and raised in Dodoma, Furaha Dickson has lived in Dodoma and later Dar es Salaam.

Furaha is deeply aligned with the sophisticated representation of  true hard working , like performance and to achieve  results-driven services  on her duty.  Here, she has the ability to not only help her  Nyumba na Jua  clients stay comfortable, but also in understanding clients´particular needs from all units  when assistant is needed. She has earned praise for her diligence, creativity, and trustworthiness. As one of  our guests  put it, if a host  professional can possibly spoil you, Furaha Dickson,  can absolutely do it.”

Furaha  enjoys  hosting, but likes more  office duties, she is a blessed handful on caring all important matters of  backgrounds in order to make sure guests are receiving all services required promptly   Her primary strength is her trusted ability to listen and patiently understand not just what her clients are asking for, but what they really need. As a skilled negotiator, her clear-minded and authentic approach has been integral to each successful results

Furaha hobbys includes: Watching TV, cooking and learning by doing  on her area of  work.

Applying the same qualities of discipline, determination, dedication and attention to detail that allowed her to succeed on maintaining the NnJ customer principals.

Prudensiana Jombe

Dedicated to providing exemplary service, Prudensian Jombe is a super co-host born and passionate from Njombe. Only her professionalism and unparalleled dedication to guests satisfaction could allow her to achieve the level of esteem she has within the real estate and guest care community. The greatest strength and distinction from other host and co-hosts lies in Prude philosophy to “treat every guest unique”. She looks forward to giving you the same best treatment. More importantly than her real estate resume, is a close, personal connection with everything the NnJ has to offer to clients!

Prude talent for listening, fast understanding, transparency, questioning, respecting diverse cultures, business ethics and being able to interpret a client´s needs in ways that are not always expressed in words, has successfully matched her clients to our perfect homes.

Outside her professional life, Prude likes cooking and film watching.
