NnJ Solar Company Limited (R) since 2006

It all started in Upanga, Dar es Salaam. The Tanzania economy was changing and there was a lot of foreign investment coming into the country, and this meant the property market was also becoming. The need for professional real estate services and leasing was recognized and we opened Nyumba na Jua Co.Ltd in 2006.
Nyumba na Jua Co. Ltd has been owning private prestige apartment homes and specialized in quality condominiums, particularly in the area of Upanga west city center. The company is providing rentals, marketing, management service and all needed maintanance. Our philosophy is simple: „The right landlord makes all the difference ! „
Beyond Dar es Salaam, NnJ is uniquely well suited to serve domestic and international renters.
